As we make every effort to ship our orders as soon as possible, on the same day of purchase or within two working days.
Our default shipping method is a domestic courier service for UK Mainland customers and international courier services [UPS or FedEx courier services] for all non UK customers

Please double check the delivery address when you place the order. The goods you order will be delivered to the dispatch address you give when you place the order. Once you have recieved your confirmation email, we are unable to change the delivery desination [Products, quantities or delivery address]

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS
Some of our items are in excess of the maximum weight for domestic or international Royal Mail services. If you would prefer services, such as Parcel force, or Special delivery for guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing your order.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY
2nd class delivery times in the UK is normally 3/4 working days Royal mail will not deem a parcel to be lost, until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a credit or refund until this period of time has elapsed.

For delivery outside the UK, you will be responsible for for obtaining all necessary licenses and complying with all applicable legislation and regulations in relation to the export of goods from the UK and the importation into your destination country. You will also be responsible for the payment of any appicable import duties and taxes but we may be able to advise you as to the possible costs.

Most smaller items are offered with complimentary UK Mainland shipping which will be fast and insured.

We can offer assistance in sourcing UK couriers for larger items
We offer in house packaging and use Trusted Worldwide courier companies like FedEx and UPS are used for international transportation

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order:

[a] You can notify us by email at [email protected] before we dispatched the goods to you, or
[b] Where goods have already been dispatchedto you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our reurns policy below.

RETURNS POLICY

In the UK, customers are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which state that you have seven days to return your purchase fron the day after the item has been recieved. For a refund of the original purchase price and outbound shipping costs.

RETURNING ITEMS

When returning an item, confirmation of your cancellation should be sent by email, using the 'contact us' form on the website before the item is returned explaining the reason for the return.

You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product. All returns must be trackable and insured, with an official tracking number provided. Where a return item is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped your return. Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intension to return the product.

You should insure the products being returned and we strongly recommend that you send them by a UK domestic courier service.

FedEx/UPS/Evri/Hermes all who offer fully trackable service or a Royal Mail Signed for service.

Please ensure the item is securely packed and includes a note with your personal details and explaining the reason for the return.

The item should be in the condition it was when recieved and not incurred any damage or abuse.

In the rare event that you are returning an item due to a listing error or that you were sent an incorrect item, then a full refund will be issued, provided that it is returned in the original condition.

On receipt of your returned goods we will authorize a refund or replacement. We aim to refund to the original form of payment within 48 hours, but please allow a maximum of fourteen days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.  

International customers are advised that any HM Customs import leviesor tax/VAT charges on returned items will be deducted from any refund due.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Inspect any package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, keep the original packaging and contact us immediately with your order details and details of the problem. it is your responsibility to notify us of any damaged goods within three days of delivery. We will confirm how to return the item to us and on reciept arrange to replace or fully refund your order whichever you prefer. Your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.

Unwanted Items

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, provided your purchase remains unused, in original condition and with all the original packaging we will be happy to accept the product back for refund or exchange up to seven days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of returning the goods to us and your product will be to be inspected before reimbursement. Goods returned damaged or not in their original packaging can not be accepted.
